Interested members of the Herb Society of Central Indiana volunteer to plant an herb they have never grown nor used. They document the journey with photographs and notes. At season’s end, they present their observations which include their experiences using the new herb in a culinary and / or medicinal fashion. Our first plant study presentation night was in September of 2016; it was deemed as so much fun by all, that we decided to do more in the future. Click on the herb to read a brief description submitted by the member.
